The Rotary Kiln Control Panel is a solution that normally consists of the following:

• SCADA / Remote control and monitoring system integration setup ready. 
• Battery backup system - Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) for reliability.
• Phasecon Mining Power Controller Thyristor Drives with our unique element control adaption for reliable and optimal element control. (Electric Fired Kiln) 
• UPS backup for Light Fuel/gas burner systems. (Light Fuel / Gas Fired Kiln).
• Variable speed drives with motor protection for the screw feeder and main drive.
• Emergency drive circuitry with fail-safe hard wire interlocks.
• Temperature & alarm recording on PLC.
